  • As one of the UK’s asbestos removal, testing, inspection and consultancy industry leaders, we have the experience and knowledge in managing the risks of asbestos. Our specialist team is equipped to handle our asbestos consultancy services, and are able to provide technical expertise for asbestos removal and management in accordance with current guidance, legislation and the Control of Asbestos Regulations.

  • Our asbestos testing service will examine suspicious materials, including textured coatings, cement, pipe lagging and insulation board, for example, that may contain dangerous levels of asbestos. We will take samples of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and analyse them.

  • Since asbestos is a hazardous material, it is essential for us to keep our clients compliant by ensuring they are complying with all the current legislation. A management plan is put in place, and any remedial works are carried out on time, along with quarterly inspections.

  • We can carry out any of your asbestos survey needs. Surveys are a legal requirement for all commercial premises, and a minimum of an Asbestos Management survey should be carried out to identify how feasible working within the location is, including the extent of any ACMs in the area – as per CAR 2012. All buildings MUST have an asbestos refurbishment/demolition survey carried out prior to commencing any refurbishment or upgrade works.
